There have been a number of reports of Postal Vote ballot papers not being received. The advice from the Electoral Registration Office is to contact them on the following number:

Replacement PV packs can be issued between 8.30am and 5.30pm Tuesday/ Wednesday and up to 5pm on Election Day.
If travelling by car when collecting replacement packs, people may park in the Council House car park for the duration. They should press the buzzer, advise the concierge of their purpose and the barrier will be raised for them.
They must take a form of photo ID with them. Without this the Electoral Office cannot issue a replacement PV.
